MahaRERA launches India’s first conciliation forum under RERA
MahaRERA has officially announced the launch of its conciliation forum which will consist members of developers as well consumer associations. The forum will come into effect from February 1 and the hearings before the conciliation benches are expected to begin from the first week of March.
